Comprehensive Residential Treatment

This transitional housing program, funded by the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development, was developed in partnership with the Mental Health Network of South Central Connecticut, the City of New Haven, the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, and other homeless service providers and clients. The program provides services for individuals who are homeless, psychiatrically disabled, and in need of substance abuse treatment, as well as intensive case management services. Other services provided by Frank Street staff include case management, life-skills training, recreational activities, substance abuse recovery groups, crisis intervention, and activities to support tenants through their transition into permanent housing.
