Continuum of Care, Inc. is a not for profit organization operating licensed group homes, supported living programs, intensive 24–hour supported living programs, community–based crisis and respite services, and residential case management services. The Agency touches the lives of more than 1,200 individuals annually in various locations throughout Connecticut.
