Continuum is a private not-for-profit agency located in New Haven, Connecticut. Established in 1966, our fundamental mission is to provide comprehensive residential support, housing development, acute services, and home healthcare services that enable persons with psychiatric and developmental disabilities to live as fully and independently in the community as possible.

From residential programs designed for individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, addiction, and those who are homeless, to crisis intervention, vocational training, and home health care, the agency provides a wide range of services that enrich the lives of hundreds in need each year.

Continuum has added four new programs to accommodate the needs of our clients and their families.

Two facilities are Community Living Arrangements located in the Southington area. We have also added a Supported Living Arrangement located in Meriden. Finally, McQueeney Towers Supportive Housing Program is a collaborative project of the New Haven Housing Authority and Continuum of Care, Inc.
