Office hours for the Extended Living Program III are:
Monday & Saturday
8:00am-4:00pm
Tuesday through Friday
8:00am-6:00pm
Clients maintain their own apartments and staff are available by pager 24-hours per day. All clients must remain active in therapy and participate in 6-month treatment meetings.
Medications are either self administered and secured in the staff office or administered by a homecare nursing agency.
Case management services include: money management, transportation, travel training, discharge planning, community integration, and social networking.
