The Intensive Supportive Living Program (ISLP) is a 24-hour supported apartment program with 2 apartments; the first floor is a men’s apartment and the second floor is the women’s apartment.

Residents each have a private bedroom but share a common living area. Residents are responsible for providing their own meals and household chores. They are also required to participate in at least 20 hours of structured activity per week in the community. Medications are either self administered and secured in the staff office or administered by a homecare nursing agency.


Case management services include assisting residents with activities of daily living, budgeting, and scheduling/maintaining doctor appointments. Staff coordinate treatment meetings, reviews, and maintain regular communication with treatment team members as indicated in each resident’s service plan.
